Marks/Inscriptiontypewritten: on tag attached to object: "Four legged parers / are the oldest and / rarest. Being both / bulky and fragile / they quickly, had to / make way for first, / the more compact / straddle board paper / which was soon follow- / ed by table attached / wooden and iron ones."
