Date Details
Hand-held bladed rocker knives were very popular during the Victorian Era. Because this item appears to be a factory produced knife, the earliest manufacturing date was probably during the Industrial Revolution in the mid-1800's. However, according to 300 Years of Kitchen Collectibles (Franklin 27), these knives were produced and utilized well into the 1920's, so this knife could have been utilized anytime from the mid nineteenth century up through the early 1900's.
