According to Kitchen Antiques (Johnson 106), a very similar wooden lemon squeezer is dated circa 1900. However, the wooden lemon squeezer found at the website for Earthly Remains Antiques, which is also akin to the one above, is dated circa 1870's to 1880's. Finally, out of the five comparable wooden lemon squeezers listed in 300 Years of Kitchen Collectibles (Franklin 43), one is dated 1870's to 1880's while the other four are dated nineteenth century. As a result, it is probably safe to say that this lemon squeezer was most likely utilized in the nineteenth century up through the turn of the century.
