This recipe book is attributed to Regina Rosina Focke (1805-1874) of Baltimore, Maryland, who married Frederick Focke (1802-1876) in 1828. Approximately 100 pages in length, the book contains handwritten recipes for cooking and baking as well as various household recipes, including instructions for making paints. The volume may have been used by several persons.
