Description

This volume contains six pages of accounts of food purchased in 1866-1867, followed by nine pages of food recipes, mostly for cakes. Included among the food recipes are directions for removing mildew from fabric. The accounts are ink. The recipes are in pencil, seemingly in a different hand from the accounts and possibly written somewhat earlier.
