A collection of individual recipes and several recipe books. One grouping is identified as Farmington, 1851, and includes a booklet and some loose pages. An undated booklet contains not only recipes but an inventory of textiles, a butter account, and financial memoranda. Another booklet, covered in cloth, contains recipes for cake and puddings and is estimated to date from 1835. The most recent booklet contains recipes written in French and may be from a French cooking school.
