Description
This 160-page book is signed by the author and dated 1828 on the verso of the front endpaper. It contains over 220 culinary and medical recipes. The medical receipts are written from the back of the book, upside down in relation to the front. The book also includes instructions for knitting lace for petticoats and patterns for van dykes. The contents are partially indexed.
