Description

This collection consists of a cookbook and loose recipes compiled by the Lampson family. Included are recipes for pickled oysters, catchup, roast lobster, fricasseed artichoke heart, rice pudding, and bread. There are also many instructions for wines, including dandelion wine, ginger wine, cowslip wine, gooseberry wine. Some of the recipes in the collection are medical.
