Description

Margaret Burd Coxe (1781-1845) married Daniel William Coxe (1769-1852) in 1800. She kept the Coxe household accounts. The first volume of these accounts is described by the library as a cookbook containing medical recipes; it is dated 1817-1832. The remaining four volumes contain receipts for goods and wages.
