Description
Sheet brass bottle jack (or roasting jack) with cylindrical body and shaft with cast brass handle at top; rotating cast iron wheel and brass key for winding up the jack. The clockwork mechanism inside the jack spins the wheel at the bottom, and so rotates the meat to roast it evenly.
