Date Details
The date of this particular press could not be determined, however, two very similar styled presses in 300 Years of Kitchen Collectibles (Franklin 36) appear comparable and are dated within five years of each other. One of these was manufactured by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company, dated the turn of the century, while the other was an English made press as seen in an 1895 catalog. In addition, it is known that Landers, Frary and Clark made many kitchen tools around the turn of the century. Barring any further information, it is very possible that this press is also a late nineteenth or turn of the century item.
