Description

This collection consists of ten nineteenth century New England cookbooks, most of them likely written in Connecticut. Two of the items are of the antebellum period: "Cook Books -- [Monson, Mass c1815]" by Harriet Talcott (1792-1831), and "Cook Books, [1835-1836]" by an anonymous writer.
