Description

This collection of recipes from the Clarkson-Masters-King family includes the 1793 cookbook of Belinda (Mrs. Matthew) Clarkson. According to family tradition, this cookbook was passed around so that family members could add recipes to it. (The volume is written in a number of different hands.) The volume ended up in France before being returned to Marion Schlefer. Genealogical material is included.
