This recipe book is in several hands, one of which is presumably that of Rachell Sandford, whose name is stamped in gold in a red inset on the book's green cover. The book's original author wrote culinary recipes from the front of the volume and medical recipes from the back, but later writers did not consistently follow this plan. The library record seems to suggest that the book contains at least 120 written pages.
