Description

Written in at least two hands, this 36-page book contains culinary, household, and veterinary recipes. The culinary recipes include many using fruits, as well as recipes for pickled mushrooms, gingerbread, "Spanish roll," and mead. Three pages in the middle of the volume contain dinner menus. Cures for various ailments of horses, cows, sheep, and dogs are also included.
