This cookbook of 22 leaves is partly in the hand of Mary Cruso (fl. 1689) and partly in that of her husband, Timothy Cruso (1656?-1697). The book is primarily given over to fruit preserving but also includes recipes for cheesecakes, potted venison, hashed calf's head, pickled cucumbers, and medicinal waters. It includes a few verses on leaves 20-21.
