Dasher; light wood; long handle; two rectangular pieces of wood (four holes cut out of each) attached to the end of the handle in the shape of a +. The butter churn that this dasher was used with is not part of the museum's collection.

Owned and used by an unknown member of the Russell family who has lived on a farm in Bakers Mills, NY since 1867.
