Description

Rebecca Cordis Haswell Clarke (1801-1883) was a great-grandmother of the poet E. E. Cummings. Her recipe book, dated 1848-1875, contains a few clippings but consists mostly of handwritten recipes. Her papers also include menus for her silver anniversary wedding supper (1855) and other parties.
