Description
This manuscript of approximately 22 pages contains a number of recipes for cakes and gingerbreads, as well as recipes for puddings, waffles, and rusks. It also includes several lengthy recipes for dyes, a scattering of medical recipes, and a pedigree of the Teller family. Page 14 displays of list of meats, possibly prepared or purchased for smoking: 22 large hams, 17 do [ditto] shoulders, 5 small hams, 2 do shoulders, 12 smoaking pieces, 4 briskets, 4 udders, 2 tungues.
