This small hand-sewn book of approximately 25 recipes has the name Philip DuBois written on the inside front cover. The book particularly focuses on cakes and little cakes, including jumbles, cookies, wafers, sponge cake, pound cake, honey cake, composition cake, cream cake, gingerbread, and crullers.
